Best Easiest Banana Recipes!



Welcome to my kitchen another post of the Lazy Girl Kitchen Series. My daughter LOVES banana's and great for me banana's are an easy healthy alternative to many recipes. These are my Top 3 for you or your little boogers.

Recipe #1 Oatmeal Cookies!

This is a recipe that you can custom to your pleasure. All it takes is

2 Banana's
1 cup uncooked oatmeal

(You can add fruits chocolates raisins all to your liking just NO PEANUT BUTTER)

Directions

In a bowl mush the two bananas and mix the cup of oatmeal
make a small to medium cookie patty!
Bake for 15-20 min at 350

Recipe #2 Banana Pancakes

1 Large ripe Banana
2 Eggs
Cinnamon to your liking
A pinch of Sugar

Directions

Mix all ingredient in a bowl
Pour into a non-stick pan
And Ta-Daw!

Recipe#3 Honey Banana Slices

1 banana
Cinnamon
Honey

Directions

Slice banana horizontally
Place on non stick pan once heated add cinnamon
place on plate add honey

All these snacks are kid friendly and adult yummy!

Today's post is about helping you go to sleep and enjoy a yummy snack.

Top 8 Foods that help you ZZZZZZZZzzzzzz....


  1. Top choice adding honey to your warm milk it gives a sense of warmth and comfort that starts your body of relaxation mode.
  2. A whole grain toasted bread, this little snack will increase you insulin production which creates an amino acid that acts as a sedative to the brain. 
  3. Bananas are a great way to have deep night sleep helping your body stay full and not urging for those 3am snack attacks.
  4. Oats have natural melatonin which helps your body relax (ex. oatmeal or an Oat cookie)
  5. Yogurt just a small portion can help you increase the productivity of melatonin in hormones.
  6. Cherries are a great snack for those who suffer from insomnia.As it helps regulate your sleep cycle.
  7. A warm cup of tea (non-caffeinated) that warm sensation the same you get from a warm cup of milk will help you soothe yourself to sleep.
  8.  Last but not least Grapes  great source of natural melatonin.

Tricks to Eating Less





If your like me you love food and you are basically food b*itch. Well I have a few tips to enjoy the food you want but still be smart about it here are ways to eat less save a few pounds for the Holiday's feast.Have the food you love and don't stress about the weight.


  1. Actually taste your food. Here is an example I will destroy a sandwich and feel like i didn't even eat or taste it. We are so busy texting watching TV or doing other things that we don't fully chew or enjoy the food we are eating. Taking time to chew and take breaks between bites we fill up faster and send a message to stomach that we are done.
  2. Cut food to smaller bites, as well as chewing eat piece thoroughly its also helpful cut your food into smaller pieces you will feel fulfilled with less. 
  3. Using smaller Plates/Bowls as they say your eyes are bigger than your stomach the bigger the bowl the more you serve. Train yourself to with smaller portions in these new dishes.
  4. NEVER eat straight from a bag or bowl your blinded to what and how much you are eating. Serve yourself in a little to go ziplock or smaller bowl.
  5. Keep track of what you ate as you remember what you have had the more you are aware of whats going in your body and the you will keep track of your inner food log.
  6. Be sure to eat a good half portion of veggies with every meal and add protein , protein increases the sense of fulfillment.
  7. Most important of all to have a good diet you must eat breakfast every morning and not just a "protein bar" a real meal. If possible prepare it at night to have it ready to go in the morning time!

Summer makeup Trends

Today i wanted to show you whats hot for summer and how to get the perfect look from the bbq's to the beach parties look fierce with every step.

Summer Day Drinks

Hello beauties,
  So welcome to my first of my any summer post today i will be sharing two of my favorite mocktails and alcoholic drinks for those summer day dinner.


                                                          Orange Lemonade Spiked
Ingredients:
        4-1/4 cups water
  1 cup sugar
  3/4 cup lemon juice that's 4 Lemons
  3/4 cup orange juice that's 3 oranges
  2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
  1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  Ice cubes
  Lemon slices for decorations

Directions:
In a small saucepan, bring 1-1/4 cups water and sugar to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer for 10 minutes; cool.
Transfer to a pitcher; add lemon and orange juices and peels. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Stir in the remaining water. Serve over ice. Garnish with lemon if desired. Yield: 6-8 servings.

                                                                Watermelon Cooler
Ingredients:
        2 cups lemonade
  3 cups seedless watermelon, coarsely chopped
  1 cup crushed ice

Directions:
In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 4 servings.
